1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”JagK Consultancy.

  • “Client”, “you”, “your” – the individual or entity purchasing or using our services.

  • “Services” – the programmes and offers listed in clause 4, together with any associated consulting, training, assets, and support.

  • “Agreement” – these Terms and any proposal, order form, or statement of work that references them.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a Discovery Call, signing an agreement, paying an invoice, or accessing any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

3. Eligibility & Conduct

You warrant that (a) you are at least 18 years old and (b) any information you supply is true and accurate. You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of this site or Services by, any third party.

We may offer additional services by mutual written agreement.

5. Booking Process

  1. Book – Prospect clicks “Book Discovery Call” and selects a slot via our GoHighLevel calendar.

  2. Pre-Call Form – You complete questions on goals, tech stack, and pain points.

  3. Proposal – If accepted on the call, we issue an e-signature agreement plus Stripe payment link.

  4. Confirmation – Raising Resilient Kids start date is locked once payment clears. Subscription and Mastermind enrolments are confirmed automatically at checkout and grant instant hub access.

6. Fees, Invoicing & Payment

  • All fees are exclusive of VAT (added where applicable).

  • Late Payment – Unpaid amounts accrue interest at 4 % p.a. above the Bank of England base rate plus an administrative charge of £40.

  • Access to Services (incl. member portals) may be suspended for overdue accounts.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Discovery Call Reschedule via link in confirmation email or cancel any time.
Raising Resilient Kids™ First instalment (deposit) is non-refundable once onboarding assets are delivered. Client may pause and reschedule start date once with ≥ 7 days’ notice.

Company Reschedule We may reschedule live calls with ≥ 24 hours’ notice if unavoidable.

Refunds (where granted) will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

8. Client Responsibilities

You shall:

  • Provide timely access to information, assets, and systems needed for delivery.

  • Ensure that any log-ins shared are accurate and authorised.

  • Review deliverables promptly and give feedback.

    Failure to cooperate may delay timelines, for which we are not liable.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Client-Specific Assets (e.g., templates, PDFs) become your property once all fees are paid in full.

  • Company IP – Raising Resilient Kids™ frameworks, templates, videos, and all generic training materials remain our copyright. We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them internally in your own business. You may not reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute them without written permission.

10. Confidentiality & Data Security

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public business, technical, or personal data disclosed during the engagement, save where disclosure is required by law.

We store data in GDPR-compliant platforms (Google Drive, GoHighLevel) secured with two-factor authentication.

Temporary access to client systems will be removed within 7 days of project completion unless a retainer is in place. Case studies will only mention you with written consent; any metrics will be anonymised unless otherwise agreed.

11. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and the UK GDPR.

Our ICO registration number is ZA273264. You warrant that any personal data you provide has been lawfully collected and that you have a lawful basis to share it with us.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability under or in connection with this Agreement (whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty or otherwise) shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Service giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, or special losses, including loss of profit or business interruption.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, epidemics, strikes, or internet outages.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate a Service for material breach if the breach is not remedied within 14 days of written notice. Clauses relating to fees owed, intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

16. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any changes take effect when posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
